Our youth empowerment program is based on the principle that a hardworking youth is never distracted. Unemployment is an evil which causes young people to be distracted in a way that anyone who wants to manipulate them can. The program aims at young professionals, oriented and committed to self-reliance and participation. We aim at: .

• Skills development:BBK recruits young people and supports their short training in professions according to each person's choice to make them competent and competitive on the professional job market


• Income generating activities: BBK provide start-up kits to trained youth and/or link them with employers and thus helps young people find employment to promote their self-reliance and participation. We consider the cooperative approach to promote inclusion but also to avoid scattering efforts.

Poverty reduction

Local resources constitute a crucial potential in the fight against poverty and the creation of jobs. We teach communities to turn their local resources and daily work into income-generating activities for rural populations and link them to markets. We specialize in market-oriented agriculture and livestock and translate them into income-generating activities .

Peace building

Sport is our preferred approach to peacebuilding. We bring together young people from communities in conflict and organize tournaments for peace in different sports including football and marathon running. We aim at addressing the underlying causes of conflict, helping people to resolve their differences peacefully and lay the foundations to prevent future violence. We focus on community education campaigns, community dialogues and sport to promote social cohesion .
